Site Monitoring: overview
Site Monitoring is the Mative Cloud Things Connector module for construction and earthmoving companies. It is Fleet Monitoring built for construction sites: the fleet is made of machines (excavators, loaders, rollers, concrete pumps, telehandlers...), and two more modules follow the work done with them:
- Construction Sites (Cantieri): sites with their area on the map, the works of each machine with goals, KPIs and progress;
- Purchases (Acquisti): purchases of the machines, suppliers, payments, incentives, deadlines and documents.
The data comes from the GPS trackers and the sensors installed on the machines, and the module updates it live.
Who it is for
- Owners and site managers, who plan the sites, assign the works to the machines and follow their progress.
- Administration, who keep purchases, payments, incentives and documents of the machines.
- Machine operators, who start and end their works and record weighings and depths.
How to open it
- Get your Account ID: contact us and we will enable the module for your company.
- Open the Site Monitoring dashboard from Dashboard. If it is set as your home page, it opens straight after sign-in.
The module interface is in Italian. In this guide, labels are written as they appear on screen, followed by their English meaning in parentheses.

Everything else works as in Fleet Monitoring: the machine status, the fleet map, the alarms, the trips, the deadlines, the statistics and the reports.
